Our goal during your project is to perform a detailed grout cleaning. We do this by removing dirt, mold, and calcium buildup. Over the years, we have completely restored showers that had not been serviced in decades.
We are not your typical cleaning company who use round large commercial mops. We use a handheld commercial steamer. Please note we charge per squarefoot.
Grout Cleaning
Our technicians are trained to use a hand-held industrial steamer with a quarter-sized brush. No tile or grout is untouched, this is our most DETAILED service. During this process, we disinfect and remove grime. Your costs depend on the size of your bathroom and what areas you would like to have cleaned.
Grout Sealing
Did you recently purchase your home? Are you looking to seal your grout to prevent hard stains and extend the life of your tile and grout? We offer clear seal and a higher grade seal meant to enhance the color of your tile.
Tip: We recommend that you have your tiled areas sealed at least once a year or two depending on usage.
Stress Free From Start To Finish
Our technicians show up and remove tough dirt/grime, stains, and mold. For any cleaning & sealing services, we recommend a drain clean to improve flow and reduce calcium buildup. Drain cleans are now 40% off when added to your clean-and-seal service the same-day.
